SCI-Violin Summer Camp

Camp Details
What will you learn?
Participants will get a chance to learn fun violin pieces (soundtrack, pop, classical, etc.), practice, and present to their peers and family at the end of the camp, all while taking part in some fun science activities/experiments.
When is the camp?
Date: August 9-12, 2021
Time and Platform: Sessions are one and a half hours long, Monday through Thursday through Zoom. Sessions will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. EST.
Fee: There is no fee for the camp, as we believe that music education should be available to kids for free. We do encourage participants to donate here (https://tinyurl.com/4cd5jr8f) to raise money for breast cancer awareness.
Who should attend?
Grades: Rising 4th to 6th graders
Experience: 2-3 years of experience
Requirements: Kids should be able to sightread basic pieces and/or play well by ear with good posture and technique.
